IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and THE AUTHOR for the software product identified above, which includes computer software, program resources and associated product documentation.

By installing, copying or otherwise using the PRODUCT you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, then do not install, distribute or use the PRODUCT.

GENERAL

The PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. The PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. The license to use the PRODUCT is non transferable. This EULA gives you the right to use the PRODUCT, but all rights not specifically mentioned in this agreement, including ownership rights, intellectual property rights, trademarks and copyright, are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by THE AUTHOR.

GRANT OF LICENSE

Free Version: You are hereby licensed by THE AUTHOR to use the free version of the PRODUCT for your personal, non-commercial use only, on one or more computers. This version may display adverts and may use your internet bandwidth, processor and computer memory even when you did not launch the program manually. By installing you allow the software to make use of your web browser’s homepage and newtab page. Any commercial use of the PRODUCT is strictly forbidden, under this EULA. If you wish to engage in any kind of commercial use of the PRODUCT, you are required to obtain an appropriate license to use the PRODUCT.

Professional Version (“PAID PRODUCT”): You shall acquire additional registration or activation codes (“CODE”) from THE AUTHOR. You shall dedicate a CODE for each designated physical computer on which the PAID PRODUCT is installed. A CODE for the PAID PRODUCT may not be shared or used concurrently on different computers. You shall not share or run the PAID PRODUCT over a network. THE AUTHOR may, from time to time, use technological measures to prevent the unauthorized use of the PAID PRODUCT and to protect THE AUTHOR's intellectual property rights. You hereby agree to such measures.

DISTRIBUTION

You may freely distribute the free version of the PRODUCT in any way as long as it is the original archive supplied by THE AUTHOR.

UNINSTALLATION

You can uninstall this PRODUCT from your computer at any time if you no longer use it or if you want to free up space on your hard disk. To uninstall this PRODUCT, click on the start button and look for start menu folder for this PRODUCT. Open it once you find it and click on Uninstall. For web browser addons you need to follow uninstall instructions from your web browser’s author.

You can also use Windows Programs and Features to uninstall this PRODUCT.

Open Programs and Features by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Programs, and then clicking Programs and Features. Select this PRODUCT, and then click Uninstall.

We respect your privacy and this PRODUCT does not collect any information through or from your computer. Should you decide to upgrade this PRODUCT into a PAID PRODUCT, you will have to submit some information to our e-commerce services provider through a web page. The webpage contains a link to the privacy policy of our e-commerce services provider, describing what information is collected from you and your computer, and how that information is used. The registration window of this PRODUCT also has a link to the privacy policy of our e-commerce services provider.

LIMITATIONS

The PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.

You must not (a) reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise translate the PRODUCT except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation; (b) create derivative works based upon the PRODUCT; (c) assign, transfer, pledge, lease, lend, loan, rent, borrow, sell, resell, sublicense all or any portion of the PRODUCT, or share your rights under this EULA; (d) publish activation codes and/or other registration information.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

In no event shall THE AUTHOR or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the PRODUCT, even if THE AUTHOR has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

TERMINATION

Without prejudice to any other rights, THE AUTHOR may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the PRODUCT.
